From the local beers we pour fresh from the taps, to the customer experience! 

The Role
The Stag Public House is looking for an energetic and self-motivated team member, to fill the role of Duty Manager on a casual basis. In this role, you will take on an array of responsibility, leading the team to success! 
Our ethos is simple for our leaders, look after the team, so they can look after our guests. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, and train the staff to do the same. 
  • Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times, and train the staff to do the same. 
  • Lead & manage a shift; including guest communication (booking management) and staff management. 
  • Manage each shift to ensure wage targets are achieved.

  • A high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • A creative flair and a finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry
