This location is in the heart of the most high-profile shopping centre in Australia.

Position Summary :

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of operation in a fast-paced environment. Performance metrics are all fairly common and our expectation is you already know how to run a profitable business. What we truly need from you is a willingness and desire to guide and mentor your team to be their best. 

This is a hands-on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves. The Restaurant Manager should know that hospitality is all about people first and product second, so making connections with our customers and your team is the number one priority. 
We’ll provide you with all the tools and systems to smoothly operate your restaurant, which will give you the time to develop your team for growth.


Candidate Profile :

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a large, fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional management and mentoring skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong business acumen focussed on KPI performance and profitability
  • High-level customer service with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food & beverage 
  • Overwhelming desire to grow within a company
  • Great attitude
