1. Tanda will collect your personal information directly from you via your use of the ATS Platform.

2. We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

(a) the provision of our services via the ATS Platform, including creating an account for you and processing your applications;

(b) to contact you regarding other employment opportunities and generally engage with you in the conduct of recruitment, or recruitment-adjacent, functions;

(c) to manage, maintain, develop, improve and enhance the ATS Platform and for other development, research, data analytics, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the ATS Platform and other Tanda offerings;

(d) for general administrative and security purposes such as ensuring our website and platform remain secure; maintaining and developing our products and for quality assurance purposes;

(e) to monitor your use of the ATS Platform to ensure you are using the ATS Platform in the manner in which it is intended to be used, and in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use;

(f) to aggregate with other information and then to use it for marketing and consumer analytics;

(g) to offer you updates on products, events or information that may be of interest to you;

(h) for marketing and promotional activities by us (including by direct mail, telemarketing and email) such as our email alerts, product awareness information and newsletters.

3. If we do not collect your personal information for the above purposes, Tanda will be unable to provide you with our services and we will be unable to send you marketing communications.

4. We may disclose your personal information to:

(a) our potential or actual business partners;

(b) our potential or actual third-party providers or contractors, including but not limited to service providers who assist Tanda in providing our products and services;

(c) related bodies corporate of Tanda (including related entities);

(d) anyone else in Tanda’s discretion, but only for the purpose of assisting you to find employment;

(e) third parties in connection with any business sale; and

(f) as required or authorised by any law.

You will not be notified of the disclosure of your Personal information to the parties identified above, and you may be contacted by these parties.

5. It is possible that some of your personal information may be disclosed to parties outside of Australia. You consent to your information being disclosed to a destination outside Australia and you understand and acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures of your personal information.

By continuing to access or use the ATS Platform you indicate that you have read this collection notification and acknowledge that your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with this collection notice and as otherwise detailed in Tanda's Privacy Policy and, to the extent it is necessary, that you give your voluntary express consent to Tanda collecting, using, storing, disclosing and disposing of your personal information in this manner.
